Only location.
Although I made 8 days of my reservation for a triple room and the rest for a double (because I couldn't find triple) room, I learned (from the reception) that hotel does not have triple rooms, they have only one family room and the rest are double rooms. So our room had 2 beds and a very uncomfortable couch. My son couldn't sleep there, and we couldn't sleep from the noise of the couch when he turned around at nights. ---Bookingcom shouldn't sell triple rooms for this hotel, because they do not have. --- In addion to this, there was a great noise coming from outside of the hotel. Breakfasts became worse by every passing day. In first few days there were salad in the breakfast but lost later, also fruit yogurts left their place to standard ones. Main problem was "I bought triple room but found double room and they couldn't expalin the difference between a triple room and a double room with an extra bed". Maybe you can explain it to me.

The room was quiet, our beds were soft. Location: the hotel was near to the famous pedestrian street. Great to be 200 metres away from The Burger Republic, enjoyed our meal there...

The hotel is located in the centre of the lovely city of Stuttgart, making it extremely convenient to explore the city and access various amenities. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were taken care of during our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities provided for a comfortable stay.
Despite some minor issues, overall our stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

The hotel is very well located at just 30 m away from Konigstrasse. A great plus is the free internet. Breakfast with not so many options, but good and tasty.
Was noisy during the night. A lot of people yelling and cars honking almost all night. The breakfast room pretty small.

The cot provided for a 3rd person was very uncomfortable. I had a stiff neck for 2 days after staying here. Parking is not available and when I asked staff any recommendations on where to park, she says "you wait for someone to leave, then you take it". I found parking under a bridge a block away which ended up costing 19 euro. One nice thing was free wifi but I dont think I would stay here again.

the rooms were spacious, with some having a nice view from a large deck/patio. the hotel staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful, providing quick assistance with any issues.
Despite the location and room comfort, the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, with some guests noting yellow discoloration on the surfaces.

Had real good stay during my one day business trip. Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a baroque-neoclassical royal residence was perfect and fantastic. You could walk to a shopping mall and a main shopping street.
It was all superb.

The location, helpful staff and an excellent large and spotless room. Breakfast quite acceptable but not outstanding. Room has lockable mini fridge which could be used as a room safe as hotel has no safe storage facility.
On departure day left my case to collect in afternoon for evening flight - on collection found my case by unattended reception - could have been picked up by anyone.

Great location in a safe area 👌. There's a main shopping street nearby as well as another shopping area not too far away.

The location is very good: close to Stadtmitte U-/S-bhan station, main shopping area, and city life.
The TV offers only german channels, wifi is working but poorly, and the connection is unprotected, and the shower head was (in my room) simply useless... I had to run after water spraying all over the bathroom but carefully avoiding my body!
